We offer postage & delivery via Australia Post. Once you create an account with a valid postcode, the site will interact with Australia Post and allow you to check the types, estimated delivery times and cost of postage available to you BEFORE you confirm and pay for your order.
PLEASE NOTE - If the postage option you choose is Australia Post Standard postage there is no tracking of the items. Should the items not be delivered there is no way for us to find out what happened to them. We recommend either :
Australia post EXPRESS post where we can see where it has been delivered
Or
Australia post REGISTERED post where it is tracked
as the safest postage options.

We take great care in packaging items securely to make sure no breakage occurs. Unfortunately, sometimes the items still get damaged in transit due to rough handling.
We take no responsibility for items damaged in the post, however, please let us know so we can reasses how we post items if it is reoccurring.
