Can I request products that you do not carry in-store?
We call these request’s special orders and will do everything possible to try and source the requested products at the best possible price. Unfortunately we can not guarantee that we can get the specific product until we have contacted all of our suppliers and checked to see if they can supply us with the requested product/s.
How long does it take to find out if you can supply special order requests?
We will attempt to be in touch with you within 48 hours of a special order request. If this request falls on a Friday afternoon or on a weekend this time will be longer since none of our suppliers are open during these times, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of our search.

Do you offer a layby option?
We don’t offer a layby option currently but may do in the future.

Where are you located?
We are located in Beechboro, Western Australia.

Do you have a physical store front that I can visit?
We do not currently have a physical store front. This is something we would love to be able to do in the near future.

Can I collect my orders directly from you?
We welcome customers to collect their orders from us as this saves them money on postage and we are here to save you money.

How can I organise a pick-up from you?
When you are finalising your order with us online it asks which postage option you would like to choose, there is also a pick-up option here please choose this option. Once we get your order and payment has cleared we will contact you and organise a suitable time for you to collect the items.

Why do you charge a small handling fee?
We charge a small handling fee to help cover some of the costs associated with packaging materials to protect your items from being damaged in transit.

How long once my payment has cleared will it take for my items to be posted to me?
We endeavour to have all orders posted within 24 hours of payment clearing, if the payment clears in the morning it is generally posted the same morning. If payment doesn’t clear until late afternoon then the items are posted the next morning during post office opening hours.

How long will my items take to arrive?
The items that are posted via standard post generally take between 5-7 business days to arrive. We also have available to our customers Express Postage which will generally arrive to your door step 1-2 business days after posted. Unfortunately we do not control how fast you get your items and like you, we have to trust that the post office will get them to you as fast as possible.

What is the quality of products offered?
We hope that all of our products offered are of high quality at an affordable price. We do hold in stock some cheaper lines of products but if we find that these products do not perform as they should we will stop offering those items to our customers. Where possible we use or have used the products we sell.

Do you ship outside of Australia?
Right now we are only shipping to Australian customers due to custom laws. We hope in the near future to be able to offer our products to other countries.
